  • HOA monitoring including responding to violation notices & working to cure a breach
  • HOA services of conducting inspections, serving violation notices and attending hearings, remitting monthly assessment payments, may be requested for a nominal fee.
  • Full evaluation & screening of all rental applications, Note: credit reports not provided to owners but utilized to screen tenants (Privacy Act of 2004 closely followed)
  • Collecting & securing Tenant security deposits. Disposition according to Nevada Statutes
  • Collecting rent and other charges from Tenants
  • Remitting owners' monthly proceeds checks via owners' preferred payment structure. (ACH available as part of our service at no additional cost to Owner)
  • Inspecting the property before and after with photos & appliance records (photos remain exclusive property of management)
